Walmart is being sued by a man who was stopped on the side of the road when a Walmart vehicle hit him as it drove by. The made suffered medical trauma and is suing for $100,000.

The plaintiff claims that, because of the collision, he was hindered and prevented from attending to his usual affairs and lost wages. He also claims that he suffered anguish and incurred substantial medical costs.

Because Cearlock was an employee of Wal-Mart at the time of the collision, the store is also liable for the accident and for damages.
